Virtual account issuance starts at US$5 per account with US$5 monthly maintenance.
Pay-in fees start at US$3 for major supported currencies and US$6 for other supported currencies.
Eligible corporate customers may receive fee refunds based on stronger balances or annual transaction volume.

KYB, company maintenance, virtual account issuance, and virtual account maintenance fees.
Local currency payouts, SWIFT payouts, non-contracted corridors, and internal wallet-to-wallet transfers.
Applies to EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, SGD, and HKD payout currencies.
Applies to CNY payout currency.
Availability is subject to written notice by ROECNY. FX margin follows local currency payout pricing when applicable.
Supported pay-in corridors, currency fees, reversals, and refunds.
Supported pay-in locations include AU, AE, CA, CO, DE, DK, GB, HK, JP, LT, MX, PL, ID, PH, SG, and US.
Refund opportunities for stronger balances and volumes
Eligible corporate customers may receive refund benefits tied to balance and transaction milestones.
100% reimbursed when the corporate balance threshold is met for six consecutive months.
- Corporate account: daily average balance >= USD 50,000.00.
Monthly maintenance fees charged in the current year are refunded when the annual average balance threshold is met.
- Corporate account: annual average balance >= USD 500,000.00.
Monthly maintenance fees charged in the current year are refunded and account opening fees are fully refunded.
- Corporate account: annual transaction volume >= USD 50,000,000.00.

- FX margin may be periodically adjusted by ROECNY based on market volatility.
- Supported currencies, payout corridors, pay-in locations, and payment rails are subject to account approval, compliance review, and written availability confirmation.
- Network fees, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, and other external charges may apply.
